I was supposed to get my income tax return, but so far I have not received yet!

You may follow the following steps :
- If return is filed online, then login on http://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in portal. See the status of return- whether it is processed or not.
- If return is processed then check the status of refund on same portal.
- If return is filed offline but you are registered on above website then check refund status on the same.
- If return is filed offline but you are not registered on above website then first register and check refund status on the above website.
- Alternatively you can check refund status on tin-nsdl.
- You can contact customer care on TOLL Free no. 18004252229.
- Still you have any query, then contact me.

Could be possible that you have not either e-verification or sent copy of ITR-V to CPC Bangalore
