GST Compliances

Goods and services tax is the latest law in India going to replace all existing laws. Goods and services tax also called as GST is going to be applicable from 1st April 2017. GST council is the main body to make rules and regulations relating to GST. It was presented in parliament of India as 122nd constitution amendment Act and was passed by parliament and become 101st constitution amendment Act of India.
