GST on Government works contract
What is the rate of GST on Government/Municipality Tenders for construction of roads, railway platform, buildings?
Is there any ITC ON IT and how will ITC be credited on tax exempted goods?For example I have tender to build railway platform, the first thing is filling of soil and soil has no GST but if the works contract has GST of 18% then how to get ITC?
