Do we need to carry forward the DTA/DTL after the conversion of Pvt ltd to LLP? Also, will LLP make DTA/DTL or just follow IT rates of dep?

Dear Sir,
We would not carry forward the DTA/DTL after conversion of company into LLP, further for accounting purpose we should follow IT rates for depreciation.
