This is anticipatory bail application. Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he is ready to join the investigation. furthermore, due to the Corona Virus pandemic, the entire machinery is the lockdown, therefore, the investigation could not be conduction in an efficient manner at this stage. Ld. Counsel submits that co-accused has already been granted bail in this case.
Considering the peculiar conditions of lockdown and Corona Virus pandemic, list this application for 30.05.2020. In the meanwhile, applicant be not arrested however applicant is directed to join investigation as and when called by IO by issuing notice in writing.
