Beware of fake notification GSTR 1 date NOT extended
A fake notification was rotated in many whatsapp groups. This doc was declared as fake by CBEC via its tweet. Later on PIB also clarified that the news of GSTR 1 date extention is wrong and misleading.
GSTR 1 upto November 2017 were to be filed by yesterday, 10th Jan 2018. But a document bearing the name of cbec official was circulated in many whats app groups. Even some news channels published the news of date extention.
