Jurisdiction of Sushant’s Case-
A long debate in the honorable supreme court for the jurisdiction of Sushant’s case. Both states, Maharastra and Bihar want to claim the jurisdiction. The concept of Zero FIR was also discussed. Now eyes are on the final decision of the Supreme Court.
It is alleged that Maharastra Police is not investigating the case properly due to political pressure. On the other hand, Bihar state is showing a special interest in the case. Experts feel that the reason for Bihar’ s active involvement is the upcoming elections in Bihar. Sushant’s father still resides in Bihar state.
Lawyer of Rhea Chakraborty, Shyan Divan said that Only Maharastra police have the jurisdiction to investigate this case. He also mentioned that Maharastra Police is doing good work. they have already recorded the statements of 56 witnesses.
On the other hand, the lawyer for Sushant’s father emphasized moving the case to Bihar. A lot of media trials are running in this case. Let us see what will be decided by the court at last.
