In view of the judgment passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 1866-2018 (O&M), M/s DLF Utilities Ltd. Gurugram Vs Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax TDS and Anr., Gurgaon, Haryana, we direct that though the proceedings may go on before the respondents but the order, if any, be passed against the petitioner shall not be given effect to till the next date of hearing.
