Order of the Hon’ble Court:
Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner has drawn out attention to the order passed by Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP 1866-2018 (O&M) in the case of M/s DLF Utilities Ltd Gurugram v. Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax TDS and Anr., Gurgaon Haryana. In view of the aforesaid order, though the proceedings may go on before the Respondents, the order, if any, passed against the Petitioner shall not be given effect to.
Counter affidavits be filed within a period of six weeks. Rejoinder be filed before the next date.
