Today is the last date to file the GSTR 1. The taxpayers are divided into two parts from return prospects.
Taxpayers having turnover of less than 1.5 Cr:
These taxpayers are required to file the quarterly return and their last date to file return upto Sept Qtr is 10th Jan 2018.
Taxpayers having turnover of more than 1.5 Cr.
In this case the return filing will be monthly. These taxpayers will be required to file GSTR 1 upto the month of November by 10th Jan 2018.
