In his tweet finance minister Arun jaitely announced that the late fees of August and September will be waived off by the government. Although no formal notification is released to support the tweet. Hopefully taxpayers will get relief from the late fees of GSTR 3B for the month of August and September. There was a huge demand from taxpayers and consultants for the same. In many states practitioners went on strike to oppose the late fees.
