RCM, TDS, and TCS is postponed under GST
On the twitter feed of GST-IN Portal, have announced that the RCM, TDS, and TCS is postponed under GST. The tweet mentioned the time period for which the these will be postponed and it will be postponed till end-September. The exact tweet was like:
“Just in: The revenue department has decided to keep in abeyance GST provisions relating to reverse charge mechanism, tax deducted at source (TDS) and tax collected at source (TCS) for another three months till September-end.”
