Due date of GST ITC 4 extended to June 2019:
CBIC via Notification No. 15/2019 – Central Tax has extended the due date for filing of Form ITC 04. This form is filed by a person sending the goods to the job worker. The form had many issues due to that taxpayers were feeling unable to file this return. Although the form was changed by CBIC to simplify but those changes were not implemented on GSTN portal properly. Now the due date for all forms from July 2017 to March 2019 till June 2019.
It is a big relief for the taxpayers.
