I have a query regarding GSTR – 9.
Turnover was skipped to be entered in GSTR-3B for the month of July 2017 (take it as a liability of Rs. 4Lacs upon it) but the ITC on purchases was duly recorded.  Effect of which was that it was reflecting excess credit in my Credit Ledger.
Later in December 2017 due to such excess balance of Rs. 4 lacs, it was reversed under other reversals in Dec 3B with Rs.4Lacs of same amount of July 2017 liability which should have been declared.
Now in GSTR – 3B summary Turnover is reflecting reduced Turnover as compared to GSTR -1 due to non-reporting of July 2017 turnover.
Also in the ITC summary, it is reflecting reduced Credit of Rs.4 Lacs due to reversal made in Dec 2017 returns.
