Also, the RC was missing. When he was asked to hand over the key of his vehicle. He denied to give it. A printed challan of Rs. 23000 was given to the person. This amount maybe even more than the sale value of that vehicle.
Many people are opposing these rates. Some are favoring the regulation. A long term benefit in terms of compliance is expected. Roads will not be taken for granted by people. The number of road accidents is also expected to come down.
