RCM ON FREIGHT
नमस्कार,एक व्यापारी अगर एक अपंजीकृत ट्रांसपोर्टर से माल भाड़े की सेवा लेता है तो उसे कितने प्रतिशत टैक्स रेट पर RCM के तहत टैक्स भरना होगा,अगर व्यापारी इनपुट लेना चाहे या ना चाहे,दोनों स्थिति में !

If the transporter is not a GTA , then it is an exempt supply. It does not matter whether it is registered or not.
If the transporter is a GTA, then, pay RCM @ 5% and take input tax credit.
