EPF Enrollment Scheme (Amnesty Scheme) extended for 3 months

EPF (Provident Fund):
(1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Provident Funds (Third Amendment) Scheme, 2017.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2017.
2. In the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in paragraph 82A, in sub-paragraph (1), for the
figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2017”, the figures, letters and words “30th day of June,
2017” shall be substituted.
EPS (Pension Scheme):
(1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Pension (Seventh Amendment) Amendment Scheme,
2017.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2017.
2. In the Employees Pension (Seventh Amendment) Scheme, 2016, in paragraph 1,—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for the words “Employees Pension”, the words “Employees’ Pension” shall
be substituted;
(b) in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2017”, the figures,
letters and words “30th day of June, 2017” shall be substituted.
EDLI (Insurance):
(1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (Second Amendment)
Amendment Scheme, 2017.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2017.
2. In the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (Second Amendment) Scheme, 2016, in paragraph (1),
in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2017”, the figures, letters
and words “30th day of June, 2017” shall be substituted
