Women reservation cant be implemented immediately- SC (Pdf Attach)

On November 3, the Supreme Court expressed reservations regarding the immediate implementation of the Constitution (One Hundred and Sixth Amendment) Act, 2023, which proposes women’s reservation in the Lok Sabha, state legislative upper houses, and the Delhi legislative assembly, before the 2024 general elections.
