I was a registered dealer under UPVAT and all purchases are from registered dealer in UP. I have a debit balance of VAT  (advance)on 30.06.2017.
Now my query is whether i need to disclose the closing stock  details (excise duty was not applicable on edible oils). If, yes than under which head and column and other details to be provided (we fall neither in works contract nor in principal agent relationship)
