I have filed Tran-1 on 19th Sept, and also got the ARN number, and the credit for the same is also visible in credit ledger and the departmental inquiry was also conducted for that credit, for which I have given all required returns. But now when I am trying to use that particular credit, the systems show an error ” Tran-1 not filed”- What to do?  I have already filed a complaint with the helpdesk, a new self-help portal, a new grievance, all done, but no response.
