  What sets me apart is my ability to blend deep technical expertise with a practical, results-oriented mindset. Over the past 16 years, I have not only mastered the principles of Finance, Accounting Systems, IFRS, GAAP, and Taxation but have also consistently leveraged technology—through SAP ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel—to streamline operations and automate processes. This integration of financial acumen and technological proficiency enables me to deliver accurate, real-time insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  Furthermore, I approach every challenge with an open mind and a problem-solving attitude. For me, finance is not just about numbers—it’s about improving systems, creating value, and driving sustainable growth. My colleagues and clients often describe me as trustworthy, dependable, and collaborative—someone who genuinely cares about the success of the people and organizations I work with.

• What are your biggest professional influences (books, mentors, events)?

  My professional journey has been shaped by a combination of mentors, experiences, and continuous learning. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working with senior finance leaders who emphasized the importance of integrity, precision, and compliance—values that remain at the core of my professional ethos today.
  In terms of books, “The Intelligent Investor” by Benjamin Graham and “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki have deeply influenced my financial philosophy—instilling the importance of long-term thinking, prudent decision-making, and financial literacy. Additionally, industry developments such as the global adoption of IFRS and the digital transformation in finance have been pivotal learning moments, motivating me to stay updated with new technologies and evolving standards.
  I also continuously learn through professional interactions, webinars, and practical problem-solving, which help me remain adaptable and forward-looking in a dynamic business environment.

• How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?

  Disagreements are a natural part of professional collaboration, and I view them as opportunities for better understanding and alignment rather than conflict. My approach is to first listen actively to the client’s perspective to fully understand their concerns and expectations. Then, I present my analysis and reasoning supported by data, facts, and compliance requirements.
  I believe in maintaining transparency, respect, and professionalism throughout the discussion. If differences persist, I seek common ground by focusing on the organization’s best interests and regulatory integrity. My goal is always to reach a solution that upholds both financial accuracy and client satisfaction.
