Notice To LLPs by Registrar of Companies
A notice has been issued against the LLPs who are not fulfilling the basic criteria of the law. The ROC has noticed that the mentioned Companies are not carrying any business for the last two preceding year. The mentioned LLPs have to file their financial Statements and Annual Return.Â
But they have failed to submit the required documents. Which have provided the reasonable cause to believe that they are not carrying any business. Therefore, the registrar has reasonable cause to believe the same for the purpose of taking suo-moto action for striking off the name of these LLPs.Â
