Cash balance negative
An I.t. trader maintained accounting books daybook, ledgers up to date. if a trader some amount (4 lacs) cash deposit in bank sb account. but the negative cash balance shows in the daybook.
How to solve the negative cash balance in the daybook.

there should be no negative cash balance
check for receipts from debtors, cash sale, cash payments, etc. & correct the same
