Composite scheme return CMP-08

One of GST registered composite scheme dealer turnover 35 lacs in the 2018-2019 year. government increase threshold limit 40 lacs w.e.f. 01.04.2019.if a dealer filed composite return CMP-08 and tax payable or exempted for April to June 2019 quarters.

The government increased the threshold for taking registration and not for taxability. You are still liable to pay tax. If you were unregistered, you could have used this limit to hold liability to take registration. Please take care that you are liable to pay tax once you are registred.
