composition gstin registered person can be sale on online marketplace?
If I run my e-commerce marketplace if my seller has registered GSTIN in the composition scheme, will they be able to sell it on my portal?

One of the condition to opt for composition scheme is that such person should not be engaged in making supply through e commerce operator. Assuming that you, being an e commerce operator, collects payment on behalf of your other suppliers and liable to deduct TCS, Such composition registered seller is not allowed to sell on your portal.

One more question, Ma’am, if I am registered as a tax collector and am taking commission from my seller, can I pay tax on that commission, can I pay tax with the same GSTIN?
