DELAY IN THE REFUND OF IGST PAID ON EXPORTS
DELAY IN THE REFUND OF IGST PAID ON EXPORTS:
DEAR All
I have paid the IGST on the exports and file the gstr1 for the refund of the same. I have filled the return mentioning all the columns in the table 6A and also i have filled after the due date.
But almost after 2 Months I have not received the refund. Please guide

Dear Nikhil,
Are you a supplier of goods or services?
If you are a supplier of the Goods, then the refund is to be processed with the verification of the data in GSTR-1 and the Shipping bill. Please check has it been transmitted to the ICEGATE or not.
And if you are a supplier of the services, then the refund has to be claimed by filing the GSTR RFD 01A Online. and further submitting the details of export to the jurisdictional GST Office.
Please clarify the nature of the export, so that we can clarify further.
