In July 17, Due to ignorance, we have taken a Higher rate of DBK in shipping bills. The same is received. But we have taken ITC also because we were informed by FIEO that unless we give in writing to customs, we will receive DBK at a lower rate only. Now we want to return the balance portion of DBK ( Extra received ). Nobody in custom has the correct answer for this. Please guide
