FIRC For Export of Services not Issued by Bank
We provide digital marketing services to some foreign companies and receive consideration in convertible foreign exchange. Our banker ICICI bank is not issuing firc in regard to these transactions and is issuing some foreign remittance tax invoice in its place. will this work for claiming refund of inputs paid? We are also getting some remittances through the Payoneer account and ICICI bank is not issuing any firc or other documents for this. Are people getting firc for these services in other banks?

You need to communicate with your bank although the refund may be available if you provide the foreign inward remittance details
