GST
GST liability of service providers to eCommece Agrigators like UBER.
Do car drivers need to pay GST.
Some Agrigators are operating in software development space too. And may be doing substantial business worry of tax liability.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The GST Council in its 14th Meeting held on 19th May 2017, declared the list of services, that will be under reverse charge, out of which one is ‘Passenger Transport Services provided through electronic commerce operator’.
Under the above mentioned service, the TAXI DRIVER or the cab operator, bring the SERVICE PROVIDER, is NOT LIABLE to pay GST. Instead GST in full shall be paid by the E-Commerce Operator viz. Uber, etc under Reverse Charge Mechanism as per Section 9(3) of The CGST Act, 2017.
