The tax payer who wants to migrate to Composition levy shall file GSTCMP02 ( Intimation ) and GSTCMO03( with in 90 days). GSTCMP03 is a stock intimation that contain details of stock in had eligible of ITC. This is to be filed electronically thru the portal which is under services >>registration >> stock info.
