Do I need to pay using cash ledger only for GSTR 9 payment?
Is It Mandatory To Pay Through Cash Ledger In Case of DRC 03 Liability Raised in Annual Return,Even There Are Sufficient Credit In My Credit Ledger?

GST for DRC- 03 has to be paid by Cash ledger mandadtorily in Annual Return even though you have sufficient credit in Credit ledger.

It is clarified by CBIC that payment shall be via cash ledger although DRC 03 allows using credit ledger even when you choose GSTR 9 as a reason for payment.
