GSTR1 filing issue

I am facing GSTR1 filing issue. I am a Distributor supplying to a set of retailers. In the month of July 2017 when we uploaded JSON file, all the fields except HSN summary were not showing any figures. We were neither able to edit nor delete anything. We tried a lot and also consulted a few consultants but were in vain. However, since we had to file the further returns and move forward, we submitted and filed it as it was. As it did not reflect in my retailers GSTR2, they are asking us to do something to sort out the issue. What can be done now regarding it? Please clarify.
