Previous year turnover in gstr1

Hi previous year I had started my tiffin business and my receipts for the year were 24lac but I did not get myself registered but in my income tax I have disclosed the complete turnover.I got registered this year and in GSTR 1 it is asking for previous year turnover. I want to know if I should disclose all of the receipts in the it or not?
