Sir, still I have some issues related to Tran 1 which I have mentioned below , I require a guidance or support on this matter so that I can guide further my clients. So, pls resolve it on urgent basis as the last date would be near.
My issues:
1.If a person don’t want to take any credit , then whether he is required to fill Tran 1 form.
2. if a person having stock in which only cst is paid. whether he is required to fill Tran1.if yes, then whether he has also required to fill any form at the time of selling of stock.if yes then mention form no.
3. if a person having input under vat of mp. then which column is to be filled in Tran 1.
Pls resolve it on urgent basis.
