ready stock sales under GST 

how can we do ready stock sales under gst
I am a registered taxpayer under GST. As a distributor I Keep stock in my delivery van and make sales ( shop to shop) based on their demand. After completing sales, balance items returned to my godown. Under GST what type of document needed for keeping stock in van.
