regarding textile ITC on acrylic yarn

I am manufacture of Shawls and our purchase is Acrylic Yarn with HSN Code.5404, 5409 I am eligible to take ITC to carry forward after 31st July. as per notification no.05 there is not mentioned HSN code no5404, 5409 please help

the list in the notification is of fabrics not of yarn.
