Surrender of GST
VAT Assesse wrongly migrated to GST, now wants to surrender…Is any option available to surrender ??
In such case whether Assesse is liable to file Form 3B ??

Migration was compulsory.
Cancellation form is not available now.
Advised to file 3B. Else chances of penalty
