A registered person purchases multiple rates of goods for solar plant set-up and labour charges also included in solar plant set-up.
My question is some person charged GST Rate on Solar plant @ 5% HSN code in 84 and some person charged GST Rate on Solar plant @ 18%.
Because Solar plant set-up required a composite supply that is goods plus labour and so that what is the rate applicable?
Some person charged GST rate accordingly in ratio 70% or 30 % of Solar project.
70% is 5% GST rate on goods
30% is 18 % GST rate on labour
Kindly suggest and what is GST rate on solar plant energy generation.
