In this service, there will be four segment that is mentioned below and charges may differ according to the segment chosen:-

1. Drafting a Reply

Upon receipt of the notice and order copy, our initial step involves a thorough assessment of the case’s legal viability. This evaluation encompasses a comprehensive review of all pertinent aspects of the case.

Following the scrutiny of the case’s legal standing, we will engage in a detailed feasibility discussion via email.

Should the client decide to proceed subsequent to our discussions, the full fee must be settled.

Upon successful payment, our team will proceed to compose a comprehensive reply. To facilitate this process, we require supporting documentation such as accounts, ledgers, invoices, Excel sheets, etc., to be provided by the client.

Once the initial draft is completed, it will be shared with the client for review. Modifications can be accommodated upon request.

2. Supporting Paperwork

Fee Structure: The fees are determined based on the specific requirements of the case and will be discussed individually with each client. Should the provided supporting paperwork not meet the necessary standards or fail to align with the case’s requirements, we can assist in preparing the required documentation.

3. Drafting and Uploading Process

Following the drafting process, the finalized file will be promptly uploaded, and an acknowledgment will be provided to the client.

Additionally, two copies of the drafted reply, along with all supporting documents, properly indexed, and bound for organizational clarity, will be dispatched via post. This ensures physical submission to the relevant department, a crucial step where the alignment of papers holds significant importance for the case’s proceedings.

4. Case Handling and Post-Drafting Responsibilities

The process involving appeals and show cause notices extends beyond the mere uploading of the drafted reply. Subsequently, an E-Hearing is scheduled in the near future to facilitate proceedings.

There are two pivotal advantages to the hearing:

Additional Grounds: It provides an opportunity to introduce any missed grounds during drafting due to oversight or subsequent occurrences.

Persuasive Presentation: Effective oration and presentation skills can sway the officer’s opinion towards the case’s relevance. Sometimes, the persuasiveness of the argument can influence the officer’s understanding of the case’s legitimacy, relying heavily on the presenter’s comprehensive knowledge of the law.

Alongside drafting and uploading, we undertake comprehensive case handling, encompassing the management of online hearings and case disposal. Our primary objective is to navigate the process in a manner that maximizes the likelihood of a favorable outcome for the client.

Should the client require on-site case management and disposal at the departmental level, a tailored approach can be arranged and communicated via email. This customization involves an additional scope of services.
