Special parliament session from 18th to 22nd Sept may be Historic-See why?

A special parliament session is announced by the government. The parliamentary affairs minister Pralhad Joshi announce the session. The duration of the session will be 18th to 22nd September. This session can be historic in many ways. India may get its name changed by “Bharat”. But apart from this many important decisions can be taken recently government has created a panel for “One nation, One election”.

Following are included into the panel.

– Union Home Minister Amit Shah
– Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury
– Senior advocate Harish Salve
– Former leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad
– Ex-chairman of Finance Commission NK Singh
– Former Lok Sabha general secretary Subhash C Kashyap
– Ex-Chief Vigilance Commissioner Sanjay Kothari

The 8-member panel will also study if amendments to the Constitution would require ratification by states.
