While filing Form 1 (Form for filing Declaration and Undertaking) need to note the following points:-
1. In part A Option exercised by Appellant: Mention “Yes” if going to pay tax
2. In Part B If yes,whether order passed by AO? (If yes, not eligible 2020): Mention “No” as this column pertains to DRP matter.
3. In Part F (X and Y) in case of search do not mention Zero “0” and remain it blank otherwise it will show an error.
4. EVC via Aadhar number or another way around is a must before filing the form. Currently, there is no facility to preview complete form in one go and save it to send client for review.
5. There is no need to attach any document which filing form, we have email to AO supporting documents.
